How? You can take Bus 156 from Clementi and alight erm, near sixth ave.
There's no nearest MRT station.
If you insist on MRT, you can take to Commonwealth then alight and take bus 970, on the same side as Sheng Siong.
But the best idea is:
Take a cab.
Dress Code: Anything under the sun, be it formal (lol) or informal but you just have to becareful if you get wet cos' there's a swimming pool there :D
